Great experience with Houston Lasik and Eye. My consult and pre-op visit was at their Pearland office, their staff was very friendly, and explained everything clearly and in detail about what to expect both pre and post operation.Lasik surgery was done at their office by Memorial Herman SW, again, their staff was great, and very supportive. Laying flat on a medical chair with large machines over your face can be stressful, even after the medication, but the doctor and supporting staff will talk to you the entire time, and are very supportive, explaining everything that is happening, and helping to keep you calm. The procedure is painless, just a little discomfort, and is over very quickly. My day after checkup was at their Sugarland office, and I had no issues driving myself. Just as their other 2 offices, the staff was kind and informative.As of this review I am 24hrs post-op, and my vision is as clear, if not more so, than it was with my glasses, my vision at this appt. was tested to be 20/20. My eyes feel slightly strained, but more or less feel completely normal.This was my first time having any kind of eye surgery, so I don't have any past experience to compare it to. That being said, I'm confident you won't regret choosing Houston Lasik and Eye. All of their staff were professional, kind, and extremely supportive and informative. I only wish I had found the courage to get this procedure done sooner.

Officially have 20/20. Everyone in the office was nice and attentive, procedure itself was quick and painless. I 100% recommend.

Super friendly Pearland location. I received quality vision care at all three locations though. The recovery process was a breeze. Get lasik with Houston Lasik & Eye, you won’t regret it!!!

Nice clean office. Greeted as soon as I entered. Very friendly staff. Didn't have to wait long to be seen. Have already recommended this office. We most definitely go here again.

Prior to my appointment, despite it being a weekend day, I was contacted to confirm my appointment. The reason I was there, was for my Grandmother. Upon arrival we were welcomed. The receptionist was thoughtful in her speech to us and answered all our questions and even took a step further to look into the coverage details that were not originally clear to me. The exam was conducted with care. This type of service is much needed. Especially, when dealing with elders. I was please by how my grandmother was treated.

Very well organized and clean everyone was polite.I really like Dr Martinez she's very sweet and she explained everything that she was doing and for once someone is actually treating my glaucoma thank you Dr Martinez. I would recommend plp to Laski & eyein Pearland, tx

With as much pain that I was in. My pain was addressed within 5 minutes of arrival. I had no idea what was wrong, but I went somewhere that even though they didn't know either, they cared enough to know my pain. I personally recommend this place location. If you need caring people to care for you. Go there. Dr Martinez your kindness heals. Thankyou

My experience getting my lasik procedure done at Houston Lasik & Eye was amazing! Everyone was so polite and made me feel as comfortable as possible throughout the whole process at each of the locations! Highly recommend!

While my experience was good, everyone was polite and friendly , I thought I was going to get a prescription for me to take for new glasses. That is separate and another fee. Long drive for me.

My consultation with Dr. Nguyen went great and although I was nervous for LASIK, the staff and Dr. K made me feel comfortable and talked me through the whole process. I’m so glad I chose LASIK & Eye, best choice I’ve made for myself!

I am so in love with my experience at Houston LASIK & EYE with Dr. Khokhar and his amazing team. I've worn glasses or contacts for the past 23 years. Since having LASIK surgery done, I'm still in disbelief that my "new normal" is absolutely no need for contacts or glasses!! Being able to see without the need of either or is truly incredible . I'm so thankful for the great care I received from everyone, Thank you all!!

I called with an eye injury in the morning. I was do grateful they were able to get me in that afternoon. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. Dr Nguyen was super thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. I have told my family and friends about this location. I will definitely be back for a regular eye exam. Thank you all for the help!

My wife Natalia got her surgery yesterday and all she can say it was sooo!!!! worth it. After having to use glasses and contact lenses for almost 40 years, now her vision is close to perfect. Highly recommend Dr. Khokhar. Super nice and professional. Everyone on his staff are awesome, took great care of her and made her feel always at ease.

**UPDATE**After posting the review below, I was contacted by Jerry from the Sugarland location. She apologized, said that the staff held a meeting to discuss what happened and quickly worked to remedy the situation. I thanked her and was very happy with their quick response to my concerns. Having thought the matter closed, I was further surprised to also receive a cake, hand-delivered to my door! If that were not surprising enough, Jerry called again after my daughter's contact fitting to ensure that it also went well. Thank you, Jerry and Houston Lasik & Eye for your outstanding customer service! I am blown away by your response!My children and I have gone to the Pearland location for years and has been a good experience, but now that they are under renovations and temporarily relocated, the customer service and organization has gone completely out the window. We ordered contacts for my daughter and were told they would be in after a week. After that week and no information from them, I called multiple times, over multiple days. The receptionist could never give an answer, always had to supposedly wait for the doctor to respond once he was finished with a patient. That would have been fine if she EVER called back after the 15 minute window she said she would. I would call back a couple hours later and be told the exact same thing! She was obviously never talking to the doctor at all. After two weeks, I called to inquire again and the receptionist thought maybe they were lost and possibly sent to their Sugarland location. She said she would call there to check and call me back. Again, no call back. After three weeks, she finally called to say the contacts have finally arrived , but there was no possibility of us coming in to get them for another 48 hours because the solution they need to provide for them is at the Sugarland location only and needs to be brought over! Are you kidding me?! Two weeks late, terrible customer service, and you couldn't think ahead to get contact solution from 20 miles away? We are very disappointed. I highly recommend avoiding this practice until they are back in their regular location, which I was told will be October. Until then, go elsewhere!

It was a great experience I had in here with Dr. Khokar and his staff. From start to finish they really establish rapport with their clients and they attend to needs and concerns. The office was also nice and clean. Pricing was reasonable and I highly recommend this place for your eye care needs.

The staffs were absolutely wonderful! Everyone here was very kind and helpful. I was scared to do this procedure, but they took their time to answer all my questions and make me comfortable and at ease. My eyesight was 20/20 the following day. I couldn't be happier without their help to gain back my perfect vision. Thank you so much to Dr. Khokar and to the rest of the team.

This place was very cool. Their receptionists along with the other staffs were very welcoming and accommodating. All the other doctors/ assistants were more than nice and very confident on what they do, truly you can say that they were professionals. The whole procedure was easy and fun. I would not have gone anywhere else to get this procedure done.

Their services were great and the price was reasonable. Compared with the other place, they have more comfortable waiting room, more advanced machine, and less crowded. The surgery process has been well explained. The eye measurement was accurate and efficient. I highly recommend this place for your eye care needs.
